So, you are super active during the summer. Are you just as active during the winter? Does your diet change during the winter?

Diet doesn’t change; winter consists of me running when I can, lifting in the gym, snowboarding, mountain biking when the weather is nice enough, etc.

The point was more that I’m not the average person as far as activity goes. I’m in decent shape and stay extremely active

You, all, will be hard pressed to find any easily tabulated, with causation and correlation, information regarding the flu renamed COVID. This is information that they do not want critical thinkers, such as yourself, to see, so, you will not find it. The only numbers that are used for public consumption are the ones that support the fear porn necessary to keep the lock-downs going and the sheep, (aka, the herd), lining up for the "vaccine".

BTW. If this COVID is soooo deadly and soooo highly transmissible and soooo highly contagious, where are all the bio-hazard trucks with people in self-contained bio-hazard suits picking up those sick people for quarantine, and, the deceased as well for proper pandemic disposal protocols? And why are there being allowed open casket funerals for those that have succumbed to the supposed deadly, highly transmittable, contagious, COVID? Those cadavers can still give off the deadly COVID pathogen further putting everyone in jeopardy.

Are you supplementing with Vitamin D, and others, to make up for the loss since you cannot get it from being outside no matter how long you are in the sun?

Lol. This is not the flu just renamed Covid. Covid is very real and very deadly, to those at risk. Just like most hard hitting illnesses are deadly to those at risk.

Yes, of course it was politicized. Yes (IMO) there was an overreaction to it and it was used to help throw Trump out of the office. But no, it's not just the flu renamed and it's not just the sniffles.

This is good information, which is why I wanted to hear from someone who's not politically motivated or....you know...crazy.

Although I don't know you and you could be both, but seeing you post on here I don't get that sense.

I know my body; I'm in above average health. I stay active. Covid hits you hard; Covid is very real.

Yes it does, I haven't shared my experience because of the non believers on here. Not worth my time to argue with the know it alls. I also know many who work in the ER's and see covid patients, see the death and see the affects it has on people. I've had 2 family members hospitalized and fight for their life and thankfully pulled through but not without long term side effects.

He’s not a doctor, but he plays one online.......or does he just stay at a lot of Holiday Inn Expresses.
