Took out a few smiths and met the nephew down there.

He’s trying to talk me out of one of my third generation Smith & Wesson semi autos. 5906.

let him shoot the 357 N frame, with some mildly hot hand loads, and after five rounds, he decided he was done.

He did pretty good with it considering he never picked it up before.

And definitely, better than I can do with it these days.

I have an S&W 5902, bought it to go with my Marlin Camp 9.

Only S&W semi I ever owned was a 669 9mm. I couldn't hit squat with that thing, while at the same time I could pick up my Springfield 1911 and be as good on target as if I hadn't last shot it a year or more before.
