Upon a "challenge" to a referee's call on the field during a game, will be immediately sent to the review committee of the following Judges, (just like Jeopardy)

The committee of re-reviewers will consist of: non-binaries that have never played organized sports
open mindedness
one member from each team's hometown
those that can consider the feelings of the players regardless of the actual "Infraction" in question
one DEI specialist
The final decision is that of the re-reviewers.

There are many obstacles to work out before that idea comes to fruition.
